1Introduction & Acceptance

Hibazzi.net ("hibazzi", "we", "the platform") is an online betting and gaming service provider. These terms and conditions apply to both hibazzi and anyone using its services ("member", "you").

By accessing hibazzi.net or creating an account, you will be considered to have agreed to all of the terms below. If you object to any of these terms, please do not use our services.

Hibazzi's services are available in Bangladesh and other designated markets. Use of the platform is prohibited in any country or region where legal restrictions apply.

2Account Registration

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each individual may open one hibazzi account only.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• Registrants must be 18 years of age or older.
• Only one account may be registered per mobile number.

2.2 Account Security

Keep your password and login credentials strictly confidential. Sharing account access with anyone else is not permitted. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, contact hibazzi support immediately.

3Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500.
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
• Deposits must be made only from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes; however, if verification is required, it may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals will only be processed via the same method used for the original deposit.

4Bonuses & Promotions

Hibazzi offers a range of bonuses — Welcome Bonus, Reload Bonus, Cashback, and Free Spins. Each bonus has its own terms, which will be clearly communicated at the time of claiming.

4.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — rollover requirements must be met first.
• Only Sports Betting and slots count toward rollover; certain games may be excluded.
• No more than one bonus may be active at the same time.
• Hibazzi reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5Betting Rules

5.1 General Rules

• Once a bet has been submitted, it cannot be cancelled (except in specific circumstances, such as a match cancellation).
• If the odds change, the odds at the time of bet submission will apply.
• If an event is cancelled or left unresolved, the stake will be refunded.
• If a bet is placed at incorrect odds due to a system error, hibazzi reserves the right to void that bet.

5.2 Sports Betting Special Rules

In cricket, a bet will be void if at least one ball has not been bowled. In football, any match abandoned before half-time will result in all bets being voided regardless of the score. For live betting, if a connection is lost, the outcome will be determined based on the state of play at the time the bet was submitted.

6Identity Verification (KYC)

Hibazzi complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, which is why identity verification is mandatory for all members.

6.1 Required Documents

• National ID (NID) — clear photos of both the front and back.
• Selfie — holding your NID.
• Bank statement or mobile banking transaction records if required.

7Prohibited Activities

Hibazzi reserves the right to close an account and forfeit all deposits and winnings if any of the following actions are taken:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Using bonuses to apply arbitrage or low-risk betting strategies.
• Match fixing or any form of fraud.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Placing automated bets using software or bots.
• Attempting to hack or damage hibazzi's systems.
• Using funds from a third-party account.

8Privacy & Data

Hibazzi collects, stores, and uses your personal information solely for the purpose of providing its services. Your data is never sold to third parties. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy Read.

We collect your transaction history, betting patterns, and device information — primarily to ensure security and improve the quality of our platform.

9Responsible Betting

Hibazzi believes that betting within your limits is where the real enjoyment lies. We encourage all members to make use of the following tools:

• Daily Deposit Limit: Set your own daily deposit limit — you decide how much.
• Session Timer: Automatic logout after a set period of inactivity.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break for 7, 14, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a permanent account closure.

10Account Closure

10.1 Closure at Member's Request

Any member may close their account at any time via live chat or email. Please withdraw any available balance before closing.

10.2 Closure by hibazzi

In cases of terms violations, fraud, or suspicious activity, hibazzi may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice.

11Changes to Terms

Hibazzi reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified by email or platform notification at least 7 days before any changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
